How long does the entire process take to get my shoes back?

The usual turnaround time is about 5 to 7 days. .

What areas in New Jersey are you currently servicing?

We are currently servicing the Lincroft, Middletown, Red Bank, Holmdel, Colts Neck, Little Silver, Tinton Falls, Eatontown and Shrewsbury areas.
If you are outside of these areas, please send a message and we will see if we are able to offer our services.

Do I need to pay for any services prior to scheduling a pick-up?
​
No! Once you schedule a pick-up, our shoe repair specialist will meet you at your door and you can let us know what you would like repaired or ask us what we think. We will then give you a repair slip with all your information and the final price. Then after your shoes are repaired, payment will be required at the time of drop-off.

Do you offer more than just shoe repair?

Yes! We also offer the following:
- UGG boot, suede, and sneaker cleaning
- Handbag repair and cleaning
- Zipper repair on boots and bags
- Water protection added to leather
- Leather Conditioning
- Shoe Stretching
- Shortening the height of a high heel shoe
- Luggage repair
